Why Are We Building This?
We believe that email, while useful, is awful. We don't want more of it, we want less of it. That's why we built Pristine Inbox: because we value our time, and we hate spending it on emails. We decided to create a tool that augments email into oblivion. That makes replying as easy as a swipe. That amplifies the signal and decimates the noise. Most of all, something that we never have to think about again.
What We Stand For
Privacy is non-negotiable
Your emails are yours. They are never stored, never logged, never sold. We encrypt everything end-to-end, and never use your content to train AI models. While we undergo formal review for GDPR, CASA II, SOC 2, and PIPEDA compliance, these are always a baseline, not a talking point.
You stay in control
AI should amplify your judgment, not bypass it. Pristine Inbox drafts, suggests, and organizes, but every action that leaves your account is one you've reviewed and approved.
Simple and honest
We are straight shooters. No hidden tiers, no bait-and-switch, just honestly good software. If we can't justify a feature or a policy in plain language, we don't ship it.
